Hands down worst experience i've ever had, first i took a day off work for collection wait til after 5 pm still no word from the driver - contacted customer services told the driver is sick so no collections on this day. had to arrange for next day told it would now be upgraded to next day delivery. Then they contact the customer not me and tell them it wont be delivered until Tuesday only reason i found out is the customer contacted me! Terrible experience, definitely not recommended wont be using again

First time using PalletOnline and was worried about both collection and delivery, but I needn’t have been ! Easy to book online and kept up to date at every stage of the process. No issues at collection, I paid extra £25 for both a pallet and for the driver to put item (electric wheelchair) on the pallet and wrapped it at the depot. Then delivery was a couple of days later, simply lowering the pallet from the lorry and placing it at the side of the road. I would definitely use PalletOnline again.
