  Do not trust this company for the next day delivery.Before I've booked I've phoned them at 9:00 A.M to see if they are going to deliver and they assured me that my pallet will be delivered next day.I've waited until 15:00 for collection and I've received a call telling me they can't come and that they will collect the pallet next day.I've paid the money and they said if I need to cancel they will charge £62 cancellation fee,even though they didn't show up🤬🤬.Rubish Dear owner, I understand your frustration but stop lying the people,I've got proof and witness that nobody came on my street and not to mention that 2 days earlier one of your lorry came at the same address dropping he same item...how that could happen??And no one told me about any issue with collection until 3:00Pm,after I've waited all day outside...be honest with yourself and stop telling stories...You are going to charge me £10 cancellation fee for what?because I've paid next day delivery and no one showed up and when I've phone at 4:40 the lady Esther told be not to worry because my pallet will be collected?! ANnd after 10mins the guy told me he had checked the map and he can see it's no space on my street 🤣🤣🤣And not to say that you've emailed me after the drop off asking me if I don't need your services ?🤦🤦🤦What are you talking about?🤭🤭🙄🙄

  Dear owner,before you threaten someone on their personal social pages be informed.I've placed the order nb.50182 and I gave you the review because I've spoken with your customer service team(Esther)and she didn't even wanted to listen for what I have to say,more than that she said that I will have £10+VAT off my refund because my partner call you too many times asking about our order🤣🤣 This is hilarious and completely unprofessional.

  Brilliant does not come close. First time using PSS and we will be back for more! Online booking was easy enough and Esther was great to speak to and get everything confirmed and sorted out for us. We had a small issue on the day of collection (mainly with the day in which the goods would be received due to a client error) Esther took control of the situation, rang the depot and got everything arranged and confirmed saving us a small fortune in redelivery and storage, nothing was too much troulbe considering this was our first time sending out such a large order (8 pallets) Really impressed and grateful for all the help and support. Can not recommend them enough!

  Excellent service from the moment I was contacted by Emma in response to my online enquiry. She pulled out all the stops to ensure my three pallets of stone were booked in for collection on the Thursday to facilitate next day delivery on the Friday before Bank holiday Monday when the stone was laid. I would certainly use PSS again and recommend them to anyone seeking a reliable and friendly pallet delivery service.
