    Just received my order, driver was rude and for sure had some problem with me. When I tried to help him and said on the phone "call me when you are close so I can show you where to park" (as house is quite far from the street and difficult to find) he was offended he have to call me twice and he said "I'm not playing your games"... ??? Then when I saw this 60+ yrs old bald guy struggle with pump truck I told him it's much easier to pull it than push it and he said "are you going to tell me how to do my job?" with this really mean tone. Yeah, if nobody told you in 42 years of working maybe I should. Mean, old guy. He spoke with me like I'm his slave and made me feel like trash. Honestly never met worst delivery driver or more rude person in UK. I would give you 100x 1 star for it but I don't have that much time to waste. Never before I was so offended by delivery driver. Will never use again, that's for sure.

    This company is supposedly the leading company in pallet transportation in the UK. They have had at their local depot my pallet for two weeks and still not delivered. Contacted them 3 times via website no response. If you want your goods then don’t use this company. Pallet Force leading in the Uk for the worst customer service and delivery.

    The place is completely mess❗When you go through security gate you have to queue up behind other lorries and queues are always long and it can sometimes be for hour and half until you enter first warehouse to offload. Then 20-30min offloading goes on, then you leave first warehouse drive to the next warehouse and it can be again an hour if not more until you will be called in for loading by the forklift driver and then loading can be 45mins. The place is badly managed by rude forklift drivers, the queues are long because there is simply not enough forklift drivers. Pallets sometimes loaded unevenly sticking out through the edge of the trailer and you cannot check until you leave the warehouse. If there is an issue with the pallets you have to call forklift driver for help even if they see you not all of them are coming for help. Also no signage or explanation if you come there first time.
