I have been dealing with Palicomp for over 13 years and cannot recommend them highly enough. Their prices are good and they have a great range of PCs available. I've ordered numerous PCs over the years for my clients (and for myself). On the occasions when I've had an aftersales query, or needed some technical support, they've always been prompt, polite and helpful. In one instance I even got a reply on a Sunday, within half an hour of my email enquiry. My most recent enquiry was BIOS related. I received a reply with a link to a very useful video guide, which answered my query and resolved my problem. Would have no hesitation in recommending to others looking for a great computer, at a great price and excellent customer support.

Previously purchased a PC and came back for a cheap 2nd PC... The PC arrived and the screws\case threads were stripped and not tightening to hold the glass. Raised with Palicomp and they were pretty disinterested. I even rudely got accused of having buyers remorse, basically accusing me of wanting something extra!!! All I wanted was a case that arrived new and undamaged. Obviously I was happy 1st time, as I was a returning customer. Despite issues last time, I was impressed with how they dealt with it...I wont return again.

Really impressed with the warranty and after sales support. When the PSU went, I thought it would be a nightmare, but Palicomp made it really easy and fixed it incredibly fast. Can't believe I'm actually recommending a warranty for a PC, but it really was good service!

I purchased a new PC from Palicomp. Whilst generally I am happy with what I received, unfortunately the Power Supply was not what we had agreed. Palicomp Customer Service was frustrating to deal with, slow to respond and ultimately unwilling to supply the correct PSU. I did receive a small refund for their mistake, but it will not cover the cost of obtaining the correct PSU. With hindsight it appears from other reviews that Palicomp frequently install different parts to those that are agreed with the customer, so please check what you receive against your agreed specifications.

Ordered my first pc with palicomp, process took no longer than a week! The staff at Palicomp have been amazing. They emailed me back really quickly. The pc looks outstanding and runs like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Over the moon with my purchase and I couldn’t thank Palicomp anymore! (Excuse my loose cables, these are temporary😂)
