I found Mrs Rana to be welcoming and friendly and she managed to sort out my documents efficiently. Ms Nehad on the other hand does not know how to communicate properly, does not know how to answer simple queries or give an advice on related cases. She has not answered any of my emails which left me wonder wether we live in the Middle Ages or modern era. In addition she was initially reluctant to schedule a visit for me with 6 weeks in advance, which again says something about her communication skills. She may think she is the only person busy in the UK and does have time to answer emails from people like me.
