  Great food. Unfortunately, customer service is not great. If you email, it can take up to a week for them to respond. Leave a message on voicemail, no chance. Shame as food is brilliant.

  We have been using Paleo for a while now and are really happy with the results. Clean bowl every time. Fantastic range which means our girl is never short of choice. The packaging is great. The main plus is the condition of our girl she gleams!

  I changed our puppy over from a kibble diet as his stools seemed to always be loose and was going 5-6 times a day. Literally 2 days after switching to Paleo Ridge his stools have been perfect, only goes once sometimes twice a day. He loves, all of the food, literally licks his lips and runs to his bowl to wait for it to be put down. Cavapoo's are notoriously fusser eaters... not ours, it's gone within seconds! I can't fault the service or the food from Paleo Ridge, I'm so happy I made the choice to switch to raw and our puppy is too.

  Good food but delivery refuses to bring the food up to the flat. The delivery company claims the package is too heavy, Paleo Ridge refunded the delivery but that’s of little use when £120 worth of dog food is left sitting in the common stair and am having to go around looking someone to help to carry the package up. All three deliveries have been the same. We’ve been at home every time and let them in the stair, but they refuse to carry it up.

  I’m sure it will work well for some dogs and households (ones without children), but it caused my Springer spaniels to loose 1.2 and 2kg. A lot considering they were only 15kg to begin with. They’re wormed every 3 months but the vet said you need to worm them monthly on a raw diet, he also said you shouldn’t really do it at all if you have young children, as the risk of worms and salmonella is so high. The benefits were that their poo was much better, but we came off it due to the other risk factors. Another bit that I hated was that the meat juices would always come out of the unopened cardboard boxes and run all over the fridge, and the empty boxes would make the bin smell vile.

  I worked for this company for all of 3 weeks. During the interview I was told the hourly rate was lower than what was advertised on the application and the hours were also different to what I was initially told, but I just went with it and was grateful to be hired. I was told I'd be on a 3 month probation. Quite a few times myself and others were sent home anything from 2-5 hours early as we had finished what needed doing and told there was no more work for us on that day. We were also told we either would not be paid for the hours we missed out on or they'd use our holiday allowance, neither of which were fair. They refused to let me sign a contract after asking them multiple times to be given excuses such as "all the paperwork is packed away at the moment" or "we are waiting to do everyone's all at once not individually" and would not give us a payslip with a breakdown of the hours we were paid for, which I was never given. Then myself and some others were pulled aside to be told we had not passed the probation period and were no longer employed. When I pointed out that I was told it was a 3 month probation period, it was simply shrugged off with a "well you were meant to be told it was 3 weeks" with no remorse or apology. You are given ridiculous deadlines and blamed for their loss of profit, as well as being spoken down to by management daily. In the short amount of time I was there I experienced just how unprofessional and unreliable this company are.

  Recent eye watering price increases of over 30%,mixed hampers tending to be primarily one or two of the unpopular flavours,adding items to free delivery hampers then incurring a postage fee,lacklustre customer service(couriers delivering food two days after it being shipped despite the label saying to be delivered the same day and then being told by customer support the food will be “fine” for my doggo have all contributed to sourcing my doggos food from another supplier - a pity as once upon a time I would have reviewed them favourably,these days not so much!
