Once you get hold of the doctors you do get a satisfactory service- the main issue is that it is impossibile to get hold of anyone for an emergency issue. You, as you are always told, have to ring at at8am in the dot (of course pausing everything else in your life to make that call) and for the past several months I have been unable to get anyone to answer- I have been waiting for over 15 minutes on the phone to then Been told they have been experiencing phone issues all week- and of course I missed the emergency slot and no open appointments for days. As I write I am on the phone for 7 minutes and being told I will be speaking to someone in 8 minutes.. and this number has never changed since my call was answered- so clearly I won’t speak to anyone at 8.08. Absolutely disappointing when we need to rely and plan to make this call at a specific time of the day when you have the kids to get ready to go to school, work calls to make, travel on the bus, tube or drive but clearly at the other end there is not the same level of commitment. By way of an update: I was on the phone until 830am waiting to speak to someone but then I had to go on with my life- it is now 8:56am and I have just received a text from the Practice saying that they have been experiencing telephone system issues- please do attend the practice in person to book an appointment. … no comment. This has been going on for months and months now.

Want to give a positive review after seeing so many negative ones. I rang this morning for an appointment and the doctor called me less than 2 hours later - quick diagnosis and treatment arrived at the pharmacy 20 mins later! Great service - thank you

Sadly I had a face to face consultation with DR NED TAPLEY and DR AARON VILATHGAMUWA who are seriously two unexperienced dr’s I was previously a nurse working in Hammersmith Hospital for 14 years I am currently experiencing back pain and joint I suffer from arthritis I made an appointment with them they had both done a check up at the surgery and said “we will refer you to a specialist as urgently and as soon as possible” and they had told me to wait for 2 days for them to make an appointment to see a chiropractor I’ve waited days weeks and months then after a while it became so severe I went to urgent care and they were in complete shock and told me “why didn’t you see your gp sooner this could have been treated I cried in tears because my condition is in it’s late stages it could have been cured a lot earlier I am deeply hurt because I served as a nurse and was proud of it but now I’m shocked at palace surgery and the staff it’s totally unexceptionable on how they treat people it’s a family owned business which I have been told by my previous colleagues who I still have contact with. Please stay as far aways as you can to save your own life. Now I’m in the process of suing them. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!!

PLEASE BE AWARE •DR NED TAPLEY •DR NUWAN PATHIRANAGE •DR AARON VILATHGAMUWA <~~ •DR EARDLEY VILATHGAMUWA. <~~ Its one of the most unprofessional and an unorganised GP I have ever seen in my entire life, I have been prescribed medication that’s life threatening sadly and resulted in a heart attack which had taken me in to a coma for 4 days the hospital had run some tests and they finally came to a conclusion I was misdiagnosed and mistreated very inappropriately I have always called Palace Surgery for help and believed them put my trust in them for the pain I was going through for 2 years and they kept on giving me wrong medications that didn’t work which are controlled prescriptions therefore makes it worse. I could have died it has caused me more pain and everyday that went by, my heath had significantly deteriorated. They kept on changing the medications and I was assuming it will help me. My life has been saved thanks to Chelsea and Westminister hospital. I was given the correct treatment this time with the hospital. BEWARE OF PALACE SURGERY please share this as I was informed by the hospital to make others aware.
