When I got to A&E I was turned away and told this issue should be dealt with by my Gap , I feel like I'm losing my mind going round in circles and left in agony and noone cares

Terrible service and the younger female receptionist is rude and has no manners.. would like that she is given more training. Trying to make another bad review but it won’t let me so will add to this one. I was booked for an appt to put a heart monitor device on its now been changed to over the phone ?? How is that possible to do over the phone and they also sent me a message saying don’t come in then a message saying come in so I left work and was told when I got there that it’ll be a phone conversation. I will definitely be looking for another drs also I’ve had no support from them since having mental health… reallly poooor service. Highly recommend looking elsewhere Thanks
