Recently visited London, and went here the last night. My food came STONE COLD and the food tasted absolutely atrocious. I ordered BREAD, yes BREAD! And they still managed to screw up my order! Avoid at all cost, run, run run !!! We stopped by to have a coffee and a coke zero for almost $13 or 10GBP. First of all the female was rude, did not greet but yell and demanded we buy three drinks as it was two adults and a child. My child did not want a drink or coffee, after 2 to 3 mins my child needed to use the restroom. She then demanded a service charge of almost 2 GBP for him using the restroom. When I inquired she became irrate, and yanked the money from my hand. I have never been treated as such in my years traveling the world The place is a whole in the wall, nothing special to charge that for a cup of nothing special coffee and a can of coke zero. Blond older female, you need to check the attitude, and or go back to customer service school. Its non existent and you scare customers away. If you see this ogre, turn and run away ahhhh!!!
