Hello people, I have gave this place a chance (over 2k without a win) chance, so take it from me when I say this so called gambling amusements is only out to to take your money. Its now so empty of people who have now realised that every machine is fixed to never let you win a game. So save your money and find another amusements who respect the customer at least to give you a game. Conclusion! , corrupt, dishonest, and will never see another penny of my hard earned money I have had to put one star to post this but does not deserve it

The smaller arcade has been closed for at least 6 years now. They used to be an EZ2Dancer here, but it's gone. There is a slot machine casino here and a gift shop now. No video games. Ramsgate now has only one arcade

Very rude member of staff, visited with my 9 year old daughter on Sunday 15th September and I have never encountered such a rude, grumpy man in my life, he is working in an amusement arcade, a fun place to work not a mortuary! People are visiting to spend hard earned money and have fun, not look at a sour face grump! My daughter has wanted a drawing of herself for sometime and it just happens there is a machine in the arcade which does portraits for £2 I didn't expect a masterpiece but what we got we could hardly see one side of it. When we showed "the man who makes the decisions about refunds" his words not mine! and showed him, his rather rude and unhelpful response was "its the shading, thats what its like". There is no way that it was the shading we only got half a drawing, my daughter was very upset and unhappy, I know its £2 but it was the whole thing, watching the drawing being done on screen, watching it being drawn then to only see half a drawing!what a disappointment to then have this rude unhelpful grump. I will never visit this arcade again and I would advise anyone to walk on by! No wonder it was empty. Maybe it was because we interrupted his popcorn break! as this was flying out of his mouth while he spoke to us, Horrible Horrible man.
