Rarely leave reviews but felt the need to after having such a negative experience largely down to the individual member of staff taking orders. I placed an order for a truffle Pasta dish which is vegetarian. The venue is very loud and the person taking orders does not speak English as a first language making it very difficult to understand him. I thought he repeated what I had said back to him when placing the order to confirm what I wanted - so I said yes. When I came to collect my food I was given a dish which had bacon, mushrooms and truffle which had been added. When I told him that's not what I ordered he became very argumentative and told me that I should have told him I was vegetarian. Why would I need to explain that when I ordered a dish which is vegetarian?? I accepted responsibility that there had been a misunderstanding in what he said when I ordered and apologised for my part in that - however what I am really unhappy with is the fact that he did not apologise for his part in the misunderstanding or the fact that as it transpired I had been overcharged an extra £5 for every topping they had available and did not offer me any kind of refund. I then had to stand for 15 minutes watching them serve numerous customers (some who had ordered the same dish I ordered) until I lost my patience and asked how much longer it would be. Pasta was OK but a small portion and absolutely not worth the £20 I ended up paying - nor the £15 it was supposed to cost. Other customers queueing were also shocked at the way I was spoken to. Worst customer service I've experienced in London. Avoid.

(Translated by Google) I notice that the best reviews are from a few years ago. I have a big doubt that the management has changed. I tried it a couple of days ago and didn't find anything fabulous. Of course, finding homemade pasta in London is always interesting, but the feeling is that those who cook don't really know what they're doing. I had butter and sage ravioli. Good pasta, filling not exceptional, the sage was there... My doubts fall on the butter: that sauce in which the ravioli were drowned maybe also had butter inside, but also a lot of other stuff: egg? Oil? Cream? And who knows! The most interesting thing was the environment in which the restaurant is located, halfway between a covered market and a village fair. In the center are the tables to eat on, surrounded by many stalls with different types of food. Very impressive and inviting.

Flavourless and barely any meat in the sauce. I question whether the below reviews are legitimate...
