Sergiu and his team completely renovated and extended our house from top to bottom within an 8 month deadline. The professionalism shown by Sergiu and the team in rebuilding our house was highly impressive and the attention to detail attentive. In any large building projects there will always be issues that arise - the manner and professionalism in how Sergiu handles construction problems is commendable. He is literally ingenious with his positivity, creatively and problem solving skills and abilities, he brought to our project a level of professionalism and competence that we have rarely encountered, bringing to life both our vision and that of our architect. Highly recommended for renovations, rebuilding and extensions!

Guys started the job in the thick of the lockdown period and all the team were absolute professionals with getting the work done under difficult conditions. Sergiu seemed to know every trade inside out and nothing was too much trouble for him, he and his team worked very hard six days a week to get the job done. Pricing was fair, invoicing was super clear and payment was completely straightforward. The results exceeded our expectations and they have since returned to correct minor things that have gone wrong and have always been a pleasure to deal with. We can finally live in our dream home knowing that everything is done properly! As soon as they started working all our worries were gone and I will certainly recommend them to all our friends. We lived on site for the entire length of the project and they made our lives as easy as possible. Very detailed estimate at quote stage Very Tidy Very polite Always ready to help -ALWAYS The whole team is great, everyone is very friendly and nothing is too much for them! Hardest working team, I have seen so far. No sitting around doing nothing. Always start early and generally leave late. They care of your belongings and proud of what they do! Never settled for mediocre results! They have specialist workmen, everyone who came was specializing the 1 thing. There were no jack of all trades, and we can clearly see this in the quality of work they have done. They are always available, and reply to emails, phone calls and WhatsApp messages. Sergiu is very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. Sergiu came to visit us at least once a week and we were able to discuss next steps.
