Sent a parcel VIA this company for the first and last time. NEVER AGAIN. 3 months on and it still hasnt reached Karachi....absolutely shambolic. Very unprofessional and rude when answering the phone. Would have given a zero if if it let me.

STOLEN ITEMS: I sent a parcel to Pakistan and the package was opened and items were missing (expensive ones). I complained to Pakistan cargo company (wash wood Heath Rd) and they did nothing to help me and then started ignoring my calls. Totally an unprofessional company.... If you value your stuff then I would not recommend these people.

Don't waste your money. They overcharged me for door to door delivery but now they say to pay again in Pakistan to get goods delivered. When i said i will complain he was least bothered. Such scammers they are. Don't waste money and time energy, look for professional people instead of them.
