    There people are fraudsters. They lie to you that your parcel will be delivered in 2months. I called them many times and they keep making excuses. They told me one day it will be delivered in two days and then the next time they said 10 days. A month later and my parcel has still not been delivered!!! They rip you off and take your money.     AVOID AT ALL COSTS. DO NOT GET FOOLED BY 5STARS REVIEWS AS THESE ARE BY THEIR OWN PEOPLE. Totally rubbish company. They promise you for 6-8 weeks for the parcel delivery but they take 15,16 weeks and sometimes you lose your parcel.They take your parcel and keep it in their warehouse and keep lying to you that it will reach in next week but it doesn’t and give false excuses of Pakistan circumstances when no other cargo co has that issues. USE ANY OTHER COMPANY BUT NOT THIS ONE.

    Completely useless company. In fact will report to trading standards. They took our parcel in November 2022 and was going via ship. Having given 100 pounds they apparently have been delivered to Pakistan in Feb. However excuses after excuse they are still stuck in Karachi. It’s a delay tactic. They blamed elections, weather, Ramadan and now Eid. Some other cargo companies have already delivered to the same village. These guys are totally incompetent and if you do use them just be aware that you may not see your items on the other side. Avoid at all costs.

    Very rude bad customer service even the guy who came to collect the parcel made up price his own prices and charges and told me I will receive different invoice. Customer service so bad they keep fobbing me off saying it will be another 10days for it to be delivered. Pls don't not use these guys.
