Absolute top service up to now i have purchased 6 different trail cameras from new ones to most recent a refurbished one at a discounted price and why not you open the box and they look like new .Most of my trail cams are used in the Scottish Highlands and all have worked i will be buying more very soon .

I really cannot fault the level of customer service: My ltl Acorn developed a fault well within the warranty period. Alan took me through the possible faults via email and kept me updated throughout the process. More than likely a dirty switch which I now know how to clean via the self-help links he provided in the emails. Trail cam was then sent back at their cost via first class signed for. You can do business with confidence with these guys.
