I actually wanted to buy a property through this agent Pak Property but in the minutes I changed my mind. This is because I read the reviews and feedback from previous customers. Its seems absolutely big shame for this estate agent Pak Property. The nature of any business should be honesty and trust. The owner apparently man called Hanif. According to reviews he is a big crook, liar and fraudster. He illegally gets money from people and with fake papers and promises conning them. Few people has said they had reported him. I personally wouldn't use this chap and give my hard working money to him. I would rather pay extra and use a reputable agent. Good luck

Please heed the advice of others. This person is a fraudster who has no shame what so ever. I am now in the process of reporting him and urge others to report him. He took money and failed to provide a commercial property. Same time I asked him about properties to buy and about mortgage and this fraudster said that if I were to offer him £6000 he would take out a fraudulent mortgage!!! How can these people get away with robbing people!
