Dr Hinna is a real asset to the GP surgery. During a painful rheumatoid flare up, I was unable to get through to my rheumatoid consultant despite trying. Instead of telling me to just keeping trying on my own, Dr Hinna went above and beyond during this situation to help and as a result I received my appointment within a day. This is just one of the many examples of how caring and amazing she is. During appointments she takes her time to listen, understand and support you in the best way she possibly can. I really appreciate her and am grateful towards Dr Hinna for all her support over the years.

The above should be a no star. I am unsure as to how this surgery is still opened, I hardly use the doctors surgery however when I am ill, i feel worse going to see the doctor than when I went in. The whole process starting from the receptionist to the doctors has been horrendous. They clearly need more training, there is no empathy or care for the patients. They prioritise specific patients and take advantage of individuals who do not have English as their first language. My mother had been told by the nurse that she had high blood pressure and they gave her an appointment two weeks later, this could have had a detrimental impact on her health. There is a lack of professionalism, there have been many other occasions. Something needs to be done for the sake of other patients as we will not be using this surgery.
