I went out of my way to visit this store thinking that I could find a stylish half wig for protective styling. I stepped into the shop and entered the year 2002. They are literally still selling wigs I used to wear TWENTY YEARS AGO at the turn of the century. I even saw the wig I wore to my graduation in 2003 (Sensationnel FM 9004). I asked why they don't stock current styles and I was told that their customers like the classic styles. Which I choose to interpret as "we aren't buying new stock until we shift all the old stock". It's a shame as Paks has numerous stores around London and I don't like buying wigs online as I like to see them in person. I guess I'll have to continue relying on YouTube reviews and buying online from Exodus Beauty, Wiggit or Amazon.com

The worst wig shopping experience ever. First, they make you buy hair nets so as to try. I’ve tried several at the shop, and picked two. The colours suit me perfectly. However, due to not being able to PROPERLY put the wigs on in the shop, turns out they don’t fit me when I tried at home. Came into the shop today to return and I was rudely spoken to, shouted at and told that they don’t accept returns or exchanges. At the time of purchase they didn’t inform me of that at all. They claimed it’s their policy due to COVID safety. Yet, everyone in the shop can touch and try any wig on which is very contradictory, as clearly they make the rules that suit them using COVID as an excuse. I’ve been a customer for years and I strongly warn anyone who wants to shop there.
