    Excellent service. Had a problem with our bathroom window lock and back door lock for quite a while and been charged a fair bit by different people without actually solving the problem. After being recommended by a few people we know, we got in contact with Neil and arranged a date for him to come. Great communication and punctual and extremely fair prices.     Contacted Neil on Friday for him to come and adjust 2 badly out of line brand new UPVC doors that the fitter fitted badly and then disappeared. Neil came Monday morning and sorted it very quickly and reasonably priced. The best thing about Neil is he is responsive and does what he says, doesn’t leave you waiting or ignore you. I instantly had my 2 hour window when I booked aswell which is just so unusual. Neil is a brilliant honest tradesperson who you can trust completely who came very highly reccomended. if I have any other issues I won’t hesitate to contact him again, total hero

    Called Neil because our window in the upstairs bathroom was drafty and the lock mechanism was bust. We got lucky as he was just finishing a job round the corner from us, and he showed up about ten minutes later. He diagnosed the problem, gave us a very reasonable quote, and it was all fixed within about 15 minutes with the work site looking immaculate. Very happy to recommend him.
