    WARNING Some of their paints are mixed to achieve a colour. Which is NOTHING like the colour on their chart. They Will NOT accept returns for a refund. AVOID this Company

    Great company to deal with, I payed for next day delivery before mid day, but I received it a day late, but they're not to blame, couriers always struggle this time of year so not going to knock the review down, colour and quality of paint was perfect, will definitely use this company again, we didn't level the floor, but paint done what we needed it to do

    APPALLING PRODUCT QUALITY & CUSTOMER SERVICE. They will try and blame the customer at every turn for their own deficiencies. Purchased two 5 litre cans of horse trailer paint. During applying the first coat on the top half I realised that the paint was very thick and that I was only achieving approximately 5m2 not the published 14m2 stated on the website. 24 hours later I applied a second coat. This coat caused the issues shown in the photos. I understand this to be paint entrapment. This is caused by repainting too soon. I was very suprised as I had waited 24 hours between coats not the 4 hours stated on the website. I then contacted the company regarding the issue and was told that it can take up to a couple of weeks to dry properly! (clearly not the 4 hours stated then). I was then told the paint must have thickened in the cold. Bearing in mind the temperature never got below 12 deg I strongly disputed this. In the end I agreed to recieving an additional 2.5 lires of this colour paint to enable me to complete the job after having to rub down all the panels. Now I am being told by Barry Shaw that I need to PURCHASE any addition paint necessary! I will now be going elsewhere after having lost out financailly to this complete shower of a company. It's clear that paints 4 trade arent even capable of mixing paint to the required consistency. Additionally, trying to blame the customer at every turn is their idea of customer service! DON'T MAKE THE SAME MISTAKE I DID. BUY ELSEWHERE!!!! (PS. Trading Standards informed)

    I would not recommend this company at all. We ordered some paint from them, when it arrived the colour was completely different from the picture on the website. They do not do samples either so it’s all a guessing game. When we emailed them they told us that we couldn’t have a refund not replacement. We emailed them multiple times after but we were ignored. Do not waste your money and time

    Terrible paint, terrible customer service, terrible support, attitude on the phone, bought and applied 'hull paint' to the hull of my boat, only to be told by the woman on the phone that it's not suitable for sea-going vessels!!??? Stay away from this company at all costs. Total waste of time and money.
