In April I bought 20 frames from Memory Box in order to do up my office. At a cost of over £400. A builder let me down and was unable to start the work until the beginning of June so I stored the frames away, in the boxes they came in so they wouldnt get damaged. When I went to use the frames and removed them from the bubblewrap to my disappointment 2 frames were damaged beyond use. I contacted Memory Box to get these replaced or refund and they refused to do either. Poor Products - Poor Quality and Poor Customer Service - I will not be using or recommending again

Delivery was quick, But When the frames arrived, they looked cheap, a bit tacky.. have a plastic cover... Not even glass...which I hated personally, £10 quid each... Could have bought the same thing in b and m for £3..... After several emails, they said they would refund them and pay for the return as a good will gesture...so I'm lucky 🤔 But that isn't their policy. so, Make sure you check the description before you buy... And ask them before hand if they'd accept them back with postage paid by them. If you don't like them too.

Bought online, very poorly made, strut in entirely the wrong place causing the back and frame to tilt forward making it completely unusable - photo shows product from Painting Frames (on the right) and properly made product from another outlet (on the left). Seller denied receiving the returned item despite me having proof, and refused a refund. Completely unhelpful customer services. Reported to Amazon who are investigating. Buyer beware!

Ordered via ebay sent out items that were not as described and are now not answering calls and emails. Will be taking them to court over this but would advise anyone to avoid like the plague unless you want the same kind of treatment from this company
