I started doing Tai Chi just over two years ago after my GP suggested it. I have really enjoyed learning Tai Chi and it has made a huge difference to my physical and mental health. The instructors I mainly see for sessions are Mark Peters and Perry Bennett. They are fantastic instructors, both incredibly patient and are very clear and concise when explaining the moves which makes it so much easier for a newcomer to understand. I feel that with their help and encouragement I have developed a real love for Tai Chi and I really couldn't thank either of them enough.
