Found this ad on gumtree company is owned by joe, he has a colleague who works with him called gary who is actually a nice person and takes his job seriously however joe has a very bad attitide problem and likes to leave peoples homes in utter complete mess. Absolutely appalling level of work, re-skmimmed our whole living room twice with their advice after removing ceiling and wall paper left plug socket surrounds with holes unskimmed dents in the walls cracks and bumps all over after paint was finished. The whole job was rushed only for them to not turn up the next day, pre-finished the following day after turning up at lunchtime and leaving at 8pm on Sunday in the dark with no light for us to check the work ontop causing us to miss a family function that was booked at 6pm. The work was promised to be finished on friday however that was not the case. We agreed on sunday for joe to come back and fit flooring including skirting and was told they would also correct the imperfections on the walls. They did not turn up monday or Tuesday, arrived Wednesday at 1pm and started fixing the walls with filler then left saying they need the machine to fix the skirting and will come back. Never came back, rang today and joe was annoyed that i started fitting the floor without telling him, even after waiting 2 days without him turning up. Left paint drips all over the stone on my fireplace which i have spent hours cleaning and still cannot remove, all radiators still disconnected and filler all over the walls. Shocking experience totally disrespectful after putting phone down without me saying anything else other then when will you come back to finish the wall and skirting. This guy has left us disheartened, regret having the job done. If you want to save yourself from this ridiculous experience of having your home ruined, do not use this company avoid at all cost!!!
