Highly recommended for a cute day out! The only place I'm aware of that does not have a studio fee but only have to pay for the pot! And that with the painting, glazing, burning of the pot included! Also has a lovely cafe inside for a bite with such friendly staff! Will definitely be going back again.

We had an 8 year old’s birthday party here with 30 kids, the staff were really helpful and went above and beyond. It’s a great place and the kids were entertained.

It is just an ordinary place, not suitable for arts. just to keep the children engaged but without a respect. Unfriendly and artificial.

Unfortunately, we had an outrageous experience in this shop yesterday. I can't describe the level of rudeness. Here is what happened: My cousin and our children went there and spent almost 2 hours. Engaging with arts-crafts is always fabulous but I cannot say the same thing for the atmosphere. Anyway, when we were about to leave, we were told that the machine was broken, they accepted only cash or bank transfer. I always prefer cash but yesterday my wallet was not with me. My cousin generally use card. Yesterday, we had no cash, no card but only our phones to pay, very bad coincidence, very bad. There was no reception in the shop, so my cousin tried to do a bank transfer to the lady's personal bank account, standing on the pavement. It took so long, it was unsuccessful, she gave another personal bank account, we were trying but no result. I decided to walk to the car to see what I had. I had £20 in the car, we offered to give £20 and bring the rest later. We were accused of not bringing the rest. We were kept there for so long, out in the cold, threaten like we were thieves. It was not our problem that their machine was broken. It was very unlucky that none of us had cash. Rudeness was not needed. I wish she let us know about the problem in the beginning of the session, so one of us could go and bring cash while the children were playing, but no, she did not think to warn us for 2 hours. When we told this, we did not hear a little sorry or see a politeness, instead talking nonsense non-stop. Finally, we did the bank transfer but left the place with very unpleasant feelings. She could take our phone numbers and call each other and make the payment somehow. There is always a solution but no, she wanted all the money in that particular moment, no matter the situation was. Those moments, omg, I still get angry when I think all that rudeness in those moments. Art places have to be welcoming, friendly and cosy. The atmosphere should give space to the people to be creative. This place is just a commercial shop with a horrible attitude and horrible music, and it proved it in the end. It is far from being an art place. Furthermore, hearing the comments she made about the children's work, I can tell she does not know how to talk to the children. A place which is designed for children needs to get a licence first. I do not recommend this shop at all. Only good thing was the panini, but you can eat it anywhere else.
