    I didn't buy my Paint & Paper Library paint directly from the showroom, but elsewhere, so I can't vouch for the in-store service, but the colour Fuji in the Pure Flat Emulsion is the most precious warm/off-white - it has the slightest brown running through it and just opens up a room in such a cosy way. 10/10.

    I don’t know what the store is like but the quality and colours of the paint are absolutely divine- excellent depth and opacity, both emulsion and eggshell go on like a dream. Also the shipping is fast and the customer service is great (sent me a new tin of primer after mine leaked in the post).

    I’ve been decorating for 30 +years , and this is about the worst paint I’ve came across, £100 + for 5 ltr , I only got it as the client was adamant about using it , it’s taken 3 coats on similar coloured walls and you can still see some bleed through. I would give it no stars as it’s got no redeeming features

    Used oil eggshell to outside of property on expertly prepared surface and after 6 months the paint has cracked and lifted, it has very poor adhesion. The lids on tins are the worse I have ever experienced on a paint company's tins, with hardly and lip, making it impossible to remove without damage. Not what one would expect from paint in this price range.

    Extremely poor customer service. Phoned last week to ask why order had taken more than 7 days and could it be fast tracked. “No it’s with the warehouse now we can’t do anything” was the response. Another week passes and I have to contact them again to be informed the order “hadn’t been received by their system” so now 2 weeks later I have no paint and will likely be waiting forever for my refund. Avoid this joke shop like the plague

    I had an issue with the colour of the 2.5 litre tin I bought online on the strength of the same tester tin - it definitely was not the same colour! Penny in customer service replied 8am to my explanation email sent the previous evening. It was sorted and a new, correct colour was sent! It's a great paint, good coverage and worth the price!
