Can be very good but all depends on doctor. I've been treated for more than ten years at Queens Square/Cleveland Street. I have read remarks about the doctors. You have to understand they are put under pressure from management to get people in and out quickly. I've been lied to and told not to make a complaint.

Pre pandemic, the pain centre on Cleveland Street was very good. This year, it has become very disorganised. You can't get through on the telephone at all and no-one ever returns calls. They even say this on their website, but it's atrocious that no-one can take calls despite two people sitting on reception all day?? Appointments are rearranged or cancelled with very little notice, or as was the case today, nobody has called me for my appointment that they wrote to me about several months ago. So I have sat by the phone all afternoon and....nothing. Can't get through to them on the phone, have to send an email, but what good does that do me? It'll be ages before they come back to me. Infusion rearranged with 10 days notice and it's not convenient to me but I can't get through to anyone to discuss it. Seriously, the stress it causes for patients living with chronic pain. I would avoid this place like the plague! Unfortunately, because this is the NHS and not a private company, its unlikely that this review will have any impact at all.

A complete and utter shambles. My partner was referred here 4 years ago, limited to say the least in terms of service. A joke is how I would describe this shower of a centre. They also cancel your appointments with no notice. Avoid this place people, they have no clue and no cover when their doctors are sick and they expect you to wait months for your appointments. Terrible, awful no sympathy for their patients in need. Just some lip service at the start but then what transpires over time is an emphasis on mind over matter. Zero stars but had to give one and a sigh of sadness at having to write such a review. This isn’t like me.
