I never write reviews but I am incensed by this organisation. I had an appointment booked for a colonic today and phoned an hour before to double check what time I needed to be there. They said my appointment is cancelled because the lady has left the organisation. They offered me another appointment this evening with a man which I would not feel comfortable with and could not make anyway. When I told them this is unacceptable, the lady on the phone talked about how awful the lady is who's left and that she didn't even bother cancelling her appointments. The owner said there's no way he'll offer a discount but maybe I could get an apology letter from the lady who's left. I've been preparing for this for weeks as part of a kidney, live and gallbladder cleanse. How an organisation can have such a lack of consideration for their clients' health and wellbeing and still get business I don't know. Of course, mistakes happen and that's fine but it is then the organisation's responsibility to make amends, with thoughtful customer service, rather than blaming and bad-mouthing other members of staff and the owner and sharing their internal politics on the phone with customers. I will never go to this organisation and I will recommend the same to friends. On the plus side, I spoke with another clinic where the lady was fully understanding of the importance of timing for this treatment when doing a cleanse and instantly I got the feeling that she cares. The contrast between her and Pain Clinic International was all I needed to feel grateful that I didn't put my health in their hands and be reminded that these things happen for a reason.

My partner booked me in for treatment as I suffer with neck problems and tension headaches just as a way to relax. I didn’t realise how bad my posture was and I ended up having acupuncture! I am feeling super happy and relaxed now so it was a pleasant surprise ! Friendly and warm staff so thank you very much. I will be back!

The greetings from the reception team and the professionalism is outstanding - accommodating and knowledgeable. And the skills and knowledge Anthony has and provides is next-level. I have certain people I feel are oracles in their profession and Anthony is one of these. Highly recommended. Even living 2 hours away doesn't stop me booking in every few months for treatments :)

(Translated by Google) My son (aged 8) was diagnosed with croup by the hospital staff, was given two doses of steroids and we were sent home with the recommendation to see a doctor if there were any complications. Of course, in the current situation, making an appointment with a doctor bordered on a miracle. On the recommendation of a friend, I decided to go to Pain Clinic International. On the first visit my son was examined by Anthony Taylor Still. Anthony informed me that my son's airways were in a deplorable state, the phlegm was preventing him from breathing properly and it could all end in myocarditis. When my son was coughing, there was a "whistling" sound and black bits of phlegm were detaching from the bronchi, Anthony informed me that during his stay in the hospital my son had bleeding and black phlegm is the result of bleeding (unfortunately, no tests were performed in the hospital, including ultrasound ). Anthony performed acupuncture after which my son began to breathe better, he recommended increasing the dose of vitamin C and D3. We are currently on our third visit and my son is recovering at an express pace. Asthmatic breathing has disappeared, there are no more coughs and breathing problems. Thank you very much to Anthon because without his help we would probably be in the hospital in intensive care with added covid. I highly recommend Pain Clinic International, professional service and a very nice atmosphere. Anthony poinformowal mnie ze drogi oddechowe mojego syna byly w oplakanym stanie, zalegajaca flegma uniemozliwiala prawidlowe oddychanie i wszystko moglo sie zakonczyc zapaleniem miesnia sercowego. Gdy moj syn kaslal slychac bylo "swist" i razem z flegma odrywaly sie czarne kawaleczki z oskrzeli, Anthony poinformowal mnie ze w czasie pobytu w szpitau moj syn mial krwawienia a czarna flegma to wynik krwawienia (niestety w szpitalu nie wykano zadnych badan w tym USG). Anthony wykonal akupunkture po ktorej moj syn zaczal lepiej oddychac, zalecil zwiekszenie dawki vit C i D3. Aktualnie jestemy po trzeciej wizycie i moj syn zdrowieje w expresowym tempie. Astmatyczny oddech zniknal, nie ma juz kaszlu i problemow z oddychaniem. Dziekuje bardzo Anthon'emu bo bez jego pomocy zapewne bylibysmy w szpitalu na intensywnej terapii z dopisanym covid'em.
