Rotten chips slimey beef veg and watery tasteless Singapore noodles came back to the shop the following day as my order was right before they shut the night before, was laughed at by the female owner when requesting an apology and or my money back was told she can’t do nothing as I should have bought the food back in with me I’m not quite sure who would leave rotting food on their worktops over night?! Even tho I showed her photos I had taken ! She lacked any form of sympathy or compassion and had zero customer skills! Also they haven’t had a hygiene inspection for nearly 3 years very very worrying! Very disappointed as was my first time trying this restaurant will stick to golden city from now on ! Also was extremely hostile towards me from the get go an in her response here on Google reviews she states I was hostile I do have full video footage... And I’d love to know what she would like me to say other than collection for Dee hand the money into her hand and await change and politely say Thankyou not once was money put down on any counter what lies ..I clearly had to wait for my change! I would love to know what was odd about this what would this woman like me to to give her a kiss and a hug an bow down on one knee I should imagine...please people avoid this food late at night or last orders clearly the scraps as she is very obviously money hungry ! This woman she cannot take constructive criticism red flags for narcissistic tendencies AVOID

Pricier than other takeaways in the area but worth the extra money. The food is always amazing and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Only let down for me is that their Sweet and Sour Balls are not very good, the batter is just not the same as most other places.
