Love this sweet boutique hotel built back in 1960’s, located in an incredibly great downtown spot with easy accesses to everywhere. Straight line underground station from Heathrow with 5 min walking distance to the hotel. Not even mentioned about the comfy and cleanness. Warm hospitality from the reception, guard and the cleaning ladies except one email checking on changing room with better view got slightly rude reply however later Angel from reception has nicely showed the room with option offered. In conclusion, it is wonderful stay with Page8 and it will definitely be my choice again next time!

Great location, close to eateries, theatres and Trafalgar Square. Rooms are expensive. Deluxe Double gives you slightly more space, view of Adelaide Street offices and restaurants. Privacy not great. Complimentary mini bar, nice touch, but chiller is not very cold. King-size bed is hard, bed-base is bigger than mattress, pillows fall down the back of head board. TV is nicely positioned, however our TV was not switched on at the mains or connected - 3 visits from hotel front of house and maintenance followed before the issue was resolved. Hotel had refurbishment works on the floor above our room, no mention of this at check-in or offer to move us to an alternative room. The works went on for a further 2 hours following our check-in, constant banging and drilling could be heard through the ceiling! The room offers one chair but the chair is not designed for curvy people and could not be used. All in all during the short time we were in the room, we found it extremely uncomfortable watching the TV as bed is not designed for sitting on and pillows do not give correct support. Check-in was great, front of house staff pleasant and friendly.

Great Location is the best part, but very noisy throughout the day due to refurbishments on the floor above Floor 3 - Drilling & Hammering till 5.30pm Our room 238 deluxe double was okay but the Mini Bar Fridge was not cold (room temp white wine & beer...yuk) TV also didn't work on our arrival (we had to call maintenance). Room was also dusty in places & our window with a so called view was overlooked by offices so we didn't feel at all private. Sleep was okay but we were woken at 6am by Street noise (Adelaide St) with delivery vehicles / rubbish collection etc Staff were friendly but didn't really care about or do anything when we complained about the noise from the refurbishments. We had paid over £400 for a nights stay and expected a lot more than the attitude of "It is what it is" they finish at 5.30pm excuse and to live with it until then! Do we recommend this place.....No
