    Avoid...avoid... Awful service by an arrogant store manager. I brought a chandelier from the store and had one of the lights faulty (see photo). When I returned to the store he simply refused to refund or replace. He kind of tricked me by initially saying he will exchange and when I moved to look for a new one, he took away the original and repaired it. When I came back selecting a new (costlier but agreed to pay difference) he simply refused to exchange saying original is working now. I wasted a whole day and the electrician cost only to be treated like this. Avoid this shop, i can assure you this is not the first and won't be last (see other reviews).. AVOID (you will get better cheaper in other shops nearby)..

    I bought a light fitting from this store in February. My qualified electrician advised it had an intermittent fault and I returned to the sore but they ignored this, claiming it was the dimmer switch. The fitting eventually failed completely and I got a refund after much persistence. The company refused to compensate me for the extra electrician costs and my inconvenience as a direct result of the faulty fitting. Make your own mind up.

    unbelievable customer service by a very very rude manager. WARRINGTON BRANCH Refused a simple exchange on a light bulb (stopped working) purchased only two weeks ago, For a whopping £10 asking for proof of purchase i.e. receipt. this is to prove i have purchased it from their store. I would agree if the bulb did not have their name on the box and even printed on the bulb, a simple exchange would have took less then 30 seconds, but no the manager decided to dress me down at the till in front of other customer on the rules and telling me i should have asked for a receipt when i purchased. my choice of not adding to landfill and global warming by not collecting paper at every purchase and having put my trust in the guarantee that the bulb would infact last 50,000 hour and not a handful should be enough. Maybe common sense should be company policy and honesty if you don't want to take back bulbs that have failed after two weeks of use then stop selling them. I was a regular customer and have spend hundreds of pounds with this store (never again) and Please Please Train your staff. If i wanted telling off i would have called my mother...

Another member of staff, older with short blonde hair followed us around but never once acknowledged in a friendly way leading me to think she was monitoring us rather than waiting to help.

    We purchased a lamp on 2019. Unfortunately the fitting broke. We took it back yesterday. Although they do not have a repair service. An employer Russell Walton offered to take a look. He called today to say he had repaired it. No charge. Exceptional service.
