This little place is absolutely bang on! I needed 4 of our studio guitars overhauling but was at a bit of a loss of where to take them. I’d driven past Paddy’s Music but always a bit later in the day. Checked it out on the Web and it said ‘instrument repair’ I knew one of the guitars did require a bit of attention from a luthier. So, in typical fashion, instead of taking just one in to test the water, I took the job lot. Explained what I (a drummer) thought wanted doing. Went to collect them slightly earlier than agreed and Ben explained everything what HAD been done and at no extra cost!! This is genuinely the first guitar shop I have been in that I have felt comfortable in and not intimidated…for me personally, first class customer service that will be getting more business from myself in the future!!

I needed my guitar checking out, with some fret buzz, so took it to Paddy's. He sorted it out with a fret-levelling and re-crown, and even dropped the action a little bit. Such a good job done, it's like a different (far better) guitar!
