I recently purchased my new Yamaha from Paddock motorcycles. Included in the deal was a tracker which unfortunately developed some issues quite quickly after delivery. The team at Paddock owned the problem, worked with the supplier to diagnose and resolve the issue, which required a replacement tracker to be fitted. Nothing was too much trouble for them, a loan bike initially and then when I was unable to drop my bike back to them they collected it and returned it once everything was fixed. It's good to see customer service isn't a thing of the past these days. A nice friendly team, knowledgeable and good to deal with, well worth a visit, I'd recommend it.

Went there on Friday 5th May to view a bike advertised on their website only to be informed it was booked for a test ride by another customer. Fair enough can't be helped, then we spotted the bike around the side of the shop and myself and my brother proceeded to have a look at the bike because my brother was genuinely interested in buying it and we had travelled 20 miles to get there. The side door of the shop opened and a rather rude young salesman told us to clear off and we should not be around here! So much for putting customers first, shall not be buying from them!
