We came from Bristol nearly a 3 hour drive to hire an inflatable kayak from Mike at paddle days. We weren’t sure what to expect after all you hear all sorts of things about inflatables. We were so pleasantly surprised, Mike was great, polite helpful and very knowledgable. He babe is our brief safety and directions instruction, and got is underway on the water. The scenery was fantastic, the weather was perfect, and the kayak impressed both my friend and I, it was AWESOME. This thing is full of air, yet as rigid as you would expect from a hard shell and in my opinion more stable and fun to use/paddle, i highly recommend you go and see these guys, you won’t be disappointed. Had my first paddle board session on Sunday via Paddledays - it was BRILLIANT! On arrival, I was extremely nervous, wasn’t sure what to expect & didn’t have any confidence, (I have an unexplained fear of water, but have wanted to do this for such a long time!) My feelings of angst soon subsided with the help of Vanessa & Michael’s expertise & friendly, relaxing nature. They continued to fill me will confidence from the moment I arrived, during my trip up/down the river, to the moment we stepped back on dry land. I was fully equipped with safety gear & a wet bag for my phone which allowed me the opportunity to take photos whilst out on the river of the beautiful countryside. They ran through all the necessary dos/don’ts & tricks of the trade. I even switched to a kayak seat & changed my paddle with Vanessa’s help, which allowed me to sit back and relax. What a fabulous family run business in a local community! I shall definitely be returning- perhaps to try the Kayaks next time. Thank you Vanessa & Michael - you made my day! 😊

London Road Chiropractic Clinic
We hired 2 paddles boards from PaddleDays today. I called 2 days ago and everything was very straight forward and really friendly. We were asked to park in a lay-by just outside the village, when you see Denford, you quickly understand why, it’s tiny and parking is a luxury. Would definitely recommend arriving a few mins early and doing the same by parking in the lay-by. Pick up was really straight forward, everything was ready for us. We were helped into the water and off we went. PaddleDays suggested we paddle boarded 2 hours up the river and stopped at the water mill tearooms in ringstead. We had a delicious breakfast and then paddled our way back, this took 1.5 hours because of the current. The weather was incredible and we had such a lovely time. We would highly recommend PaddleDays, and I’m sorry we didn’t get your names but you were both exceptionally lovely, approachable and knowledgable. We’ll see you again and thank you!!

Fantastic experience. Paddled part of the Nene on a 2 man Kayak and Paddle Board with the children. We all had a great time and will definitely do it again. Take a picnic as numerous scenic places to stop. Helpful and friendly staff - thank you .

20/10. Not one complaint. Owners were super approachable, beyond lovely and really friendly, they were more than helpful and made the whole weekend easier and more enjoyable. The kit was fantastic and allowed us to take the dogs. Overall I will be using again very very soon and could not recommend enough.
