We take safety very seriously and ensure that all of our equipment is checked and maintained regularly. Our equipment is inspected and maintained after each rental to ensure that it is safe for our customers to use.Are there any age or skill level requirements for renting equipment?
We welcome all ages and skill levels to rent our equipment. However, for safety reasons, we do require that anyone under the age of 18 is accompanied by an adult.What is your cancellation policy in case of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances?
If you need to cancel your rental due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, we offer a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. If you cancel within 24 hours of your scheduled rental time, we offer a 50% refund.Are there any additional fees or charges not included in the rental price?

Took my 9 year old son for our first paddle boarding lesson. The instructor Annabelle put me at ease straight away as I was very nervous of falling into the cold River . She was also very patient with my crazy son too! Absolutely loved the lesson and now have the bug. Thanks so much

This was an absolutely amazing paddle! We started off going down river with the flow passing Hampton Court along the way. When we turned around we appreciated just how easy it was to go with the flow as it required a huge effort to get back to the palace. Once there we had lunch. There was an opportunity to take photos too. Back on the water we again headed upstream but it wasn't such a struggle this time. We enjoyed a "comfort break'" and an ice cream back at the carpark, before saying good bye to 3 paddlers. 5 of us carried on for a bit further. Tired but happy we headed home having had a throughly enjoyable day out

Fantastic morning for the family. Lots of fun and came away with improved confidence and understanding of paddleboarding. Hayley is a great instructor and her spirit helps you to feel comfortable and relaxed. Became a member within an hour of the lesson as I can’t wait to go back.

From the very first contact I knew we had chosen the very best place for some SUP coaching. Tracey couldn’t have been more helpful on the phone and on arriving we were greeted like friends. Jo was amazing, coaching my son and myself. A true tailor made coaching session. Professional and friendly, making us feel more confident on our boards with an easy smile and humour. We have found our tribe. We might have to move to Kent so we can spend more time on the Medway and with the amazing Paddle Cabin crew. We will definitely be back soon. A huge thank you Since my first lesson I have gone on to do my FRST, Core coach and Sheltered Water Coach with Paddle Cabin because of the amazing community and enthusiasm they bring to everything.
