Horrible service. They were super rude, please AVOID, go to any other if you can. They refused to give me a small piece of tape in my envelope so I could send it after they rip it open by mistake. They wanted to make me buy cello tape for £4.95!! They didn’t give it to me so I had to go with my envelope back home.

Delightful experience at the self-service area, thanks to the incredible assistance I received from none other than Jacob. This guy not only knows how to brighten your day, but he's also a master at unravelling the mysteries of those intimidating self-service machines. As I approached the daunting row of automated kiosks, my confidence wavered. I had heard horror stories of people fumbling through the process, and I didn't want to join their ranks. That's when Jacob came to my rescue, swooping in with his signature sweet smile…he noticed my hesitation and approached me. I explained my intention of sending my passport back to the passport office using the self-service machine, and he offered to lend a hand. Jacob guided me through each step of the process, explaining the intricacies of the machine's interface in a way that even a technologically challenged (thick) individual like myself could comprehend. He didn't overwhelm me with a deluge of information but instead provided clear and concise instructions, patiently answering my questions along the way. He must be the most chilled dude ever, despite the constant stream of customers and the occasional technical glitch, he stayed focused and undeterred, never losing his cool. He has genuine warmth and encouragement and it made my experience all the better. If you ever find yourself grappling with the self-service machines, seek out Jacob's guidance – he's a true asset to the post office team.

I popped into the post office last week, and I just have to rave about the delightful experience I had with Cham, who works there. Cham is always the true professional when it comes to handling my mail, and this occasion was no exception. He consistently gives everything for his customers, I genuinely feel he gives 150% effort every time I have the pleasure of interacting with him. I was at the post office to send off a couple of mugs with tracked delivery, and as usual, Cham was there to assist me. He has an uncanny ability to make everything fun. His keen attention to detail and thorough understanding of the postal system means I can trust him to provide the perfect solution for all my mailing needs. Cham's customer service skills are only matched by his fantastic sense of humour. He has a unique wit and wisdom to make each visit memorable. What really sets Cham apart from the rest, though, is his genuine care and concern for his customers. He always takes the time to ask how I'm doing, and he remembers little details from previous conversations.
