I am giving one star because unfortunately I can not give less than that. The clinic is absolutely outrageous! The staff at the reception are so rude and unprofessional. I had been ill for over a week and a half and went to collect a test to be done only for the clinic to call me back 4 days later when my results are meant to be out and apologise saying sorry you have been given the wrong test by the lady at the reception so I have to come and collect the right one and do another test and wait a further 5 days, when the illness I had needed a treatment ASAP! Then the lady at reception tried to say that I asked for that test when I did not ask for nothing! The Doctor tells the receptionists what test to give and I just go and collect it.When I raised this issue with the lady at the reception they all stood up raised their voice at me, being extra rude and shouting “if you don’t like this clinic then maybe go somewhere else.” I don’t know how this clinic is still operating and how such workers who are playing with people’s lives are still working there. This is the staff working on the afternoon shift at 2 pm. The 3 ladies.

Receptionists are always kind and listen to the patients. Doctors are really good, but the best are the nurses, they are very kind, professional and take care of the patients. Thank you!

I love this GP a lot. Everyone is very professional, kind and caring. They do amazing work. The Tories need to stop stealing money from the NHS so GPs like this one can keep up their great standard of care.

The worst GP ever! Firstly I would like to say that the receptionists have been surprisingly pleasant, hence the one star. The reason why I mention the receptionists is that considering the current situation of GP appointments being same day, I wouldn’t blame their lack of enthusiasm. It’s almost as if we are in the hunger games scrambling to get an appointment. If we are no longer following covid restrictions and every other company in the country has gone back to pre covid systems, I don’t understand why the gp haven’t. This means that people can no longer see a doctor unless they deem it an emergency. Which is absolutely ridiculous considering that the gp are there to listen to any concern you may have regarding your health whether it may seem minor or major. I do understand the need to prioritise more serious health concerns, however with the same day appointments it means people with “general” health concerns are completely forgotten. Often forgetting that people have different pain thresholds and sometimes things that turn out to be quite serious medical illnesses may not have alarming symptoms at the time. Although in my case I have had quite ongoing and alarming symptoms that have not had the necessary checks to rule out that it is not something serious as I suspect it is. Instead I was met with the very patronising emergency doctor during a call back, named Dr Shabazi. I understand she probably has to get through a long list of call backs, but why should I have to suffer at the hands of an inefficient system they have in place? I wasn’t even able to get to the point of explaining why I need to be seen and I felt as though she wanted to get off the phone as soon as possible and to limit the amount of people seen. I do not feel as though I am being heard and something needs to change. Access to GP services and healthcare is not a luxury, it is a necessity and needs to be treated as such.

If you’re allocated this GP you’re lucky because you’re in the hands of safe and caring nurses and doctors. I can’t explain how good their service has been and I’m ever so grateful and thankful.

Having worked in the NHS myself for over 36 years and latterly in private practice, I can honestly say that the gps are amazing, I have received incredibly good care throughout my time at this practice. I have been seen promptly, often by my chosen Gp and tests etc have been done in a timely and efficient manner. Both Dr Brunner and Dr Kennedy have the patience of saints and have shown exceptional kindness and care to me. During Covid they worked under incredible pressure but they never failed to provide the best care possible. I also want to mention the Reception team. This group have an incredibly tough job and often get a hard time by the public. I want to particularly mention one lady called Lorraine who I have to say is outstanding. She is the example of what a good receptionist should be. She is efficient, cool and calm at all times. I have watched her deal with frustrated, angry and often rude members of the public, but she never fails to be kind patient and understanding. She is truly a credit to this practice. Thank you Lorraine. Last but certainly not least the nurses. Amazing!!! Thanks Jo and your team for never taking more than one attempt to take my blood!!!! You are always great despite the tough and demanding job you have. Having worked as a nurse myself in both medical and psychiatric settings I understand how hard your job can be. You are consistently efficient. Overall I cannot rate this practice highly enough. Many many thanks. Kindest regards Hayley Irving-Law

Love the doctors and nurses but reception staff are absolutely rude especially Lorraine wow she is so patronising and seem to know better then a doctor assumes stuff before a patients makes a point, have had really bad phone call with her 2x and really don't appreciate the way she speaks and huffs and puffs on the line. She really is putting you down Paddington green doctors.

The Receptionists are so rude they act as if they’re doing you a favour dealing with you like they don’t get paid a wage, to do their JOB! Regularly offer their opinion on medical issues which is beyond unprofessional they are receptionists, albeit “medical” receptionists they are just receptionists all the same they are NOT qualified to make diagnosis’ and should NOT be afforded even the notion they are entitled to an opinion AT ALL! I’ve had experiences where I’ve tried to call to make an appointment and they just pick up the phone and hang up immediately, after you’ve been waiting god knows how long and don’t you dare question them about it cause they’ll act as if you’ve just asked if you may relieve yourself on their desk!! When you do get through they are short, unfriendly and seemingly go out of their way to make it clear they have no interest in taking your call - in fact they act like you have no right to call in the first place worryingly unhelpful for a doctors surgery. I think all 3 receptionists have clearly been there a while (Janet seems the worst) and feel they own the place they’re far to comfortable and I dare say in desperate need of some up to date work place etiquette and professionalism training especially given the vulnerable nature of people they are dealing with, their attitudes are stale and scarily unprofessional. I’ll be looking for a new surgery for my son and I immediately but I couldn’t not say how bad these staff are before I go which is a shame because the the rest of the team in my experience are amazing I couldn’t speak more highly of my sons paediatrician, the social prescribers and nurses. Shame your gatekeepers make dealing with any of you such a nightmare.
