Really poor customer service, the much trumpeted ethical approach disappears as soon as there is a problem. There are many other great small coffee producers out there so I would highly recommend avoiding this one.

Coffee is interesting and delicious. Delivery is prompt and convenient for my lifestyle and always puts a smile on my face to see my Pact envelope on my doormat. Customer Service when have needed to use it is always prompt and friendly. Really happy with my Pact coffees. Lovely company.

Highly recommened! I have ben a customer for a number of years and its a subcription more valued to me than Netflix! Tasty coffee, high quality product and service. Website user experience and account management is so smooth. Customer service is quick and reliable. All round a great company offerring great coffee :-)

Among my favourite coffees anywhere. With a subscription you get a pack as often as you like. The coffees are always well blended to suit whatever style you prefer. I mostly get espresso for a mocha pot, typically with a fruit and chocolate combo, lovely. The customer service is excellent. I must say that since brexit the delivery takes an extra week for North Ireland but still just as good. Worth giving it a go for a better quality and better tasting coffee.
