Absolutely fantastic trainer! I was quite worried about whether we would get to a place where I could walk with all 4 of my dogs, 2 of which were very reactive. We have been having fortnightly sessions and my dogs have learnt so much (as have I). I can now walk really easily with my reactive dogs and now am working on walking with all 4 again. Sami really knows his stuff! Worth the money 100%. I've seen him with so many dogs who all have been reactive and he helps them make the right decision. If you have tried group sessions or are thinking about training definitely give Sami a try! You won't be disappointed! He is great with the dogs and they love getting praise when they do the right thing. He really knows how much praise to give dogs, and understands some need more than others.

We've been meeting every fortnight to train our two reactive did. The difference we've seen in their behaviour has been astounding! Their training is not yet complete but a significant amount of stress has now been taken out of going for walks with them. The training is definitely worth the money, we've been given advice on distraction techniques and equipment. Sami is really friendly and knows what he's doing. If you need to train your dog, I thoroughly recommend this service!

Would highly recommend Pack Concept after helping with our 15 month old Frenchie who struggles with reactiveness to other animals and constant distractions. Not only built ours and Buzz’ confidence but also offered really helpful advice for buzz’ nutrition and ancestral history. Extremely friendly, local and reasonably priced considering the training and information provided before, during and after our sessions
