The service from this company is awful. I've had 2 appointments so far to repair a washing machine, and after the second one the guy left, didn't clear up any rubbish and left the parts everywhere and then promised me it was fixed, but when I went to turn it on no cycles ran. Clearly it wasn't checked at all. This guy has 8 appointments that day and had to drive from Portsmouth to Surrey - it's ridiculous to give people that much work which results in terrible customer service.
