I've used the Pacer Marine ebay store a few times when setting up my RIB - I've found they always have a good and practical range of products at a good price. This review is about the brilliant service I just received in getting my outboard repaired. I recently test ran the engine with water muffs after a long period out of the water and couldn't get the water pump to work, resulting in an overheat alarm. I sent an email to Pacer Marine on Sunday afternoon and received a reply early on Monday morning and was able to book the boat in the same day. Spoke to Alli (Allister) and we came up with a repair plan once he had taken a look at the pump. Bottom line - Alli was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and skillful and kept me up to date with cost and time for completion. When I went to collect the boat, he spent time going through the repair and pointed out quite a few things on the engine that I wasn't aware of and offered plenty of tips to avoid issues in the future. The price was more than fair, the communication and professionalism was excellent and Alli is easy to talk to and knows his stuff. Thanks for the help!
