    Do not sign up with Pace telecom. Be warned. Very nice when they are trying to get you to sign up but as the guy below said, once they have you signed up it all changes. Many issues over the years. Now our company is closing they want to charge us nearly 1.4k for closing the account. Nice. The building is being knocked down for redevelopment so not much we can do about it. They wont do any work for that 1.4k. Just a nice closing gesture from us to them apparently. Dont do it.

    We are 3 years into a 5 year contract with Pace Telecom. Richard, the salesmen promised us fast business broadband to reach all areas of our hotel. When I asked the question, what will happen if anything goes wrong? His reply was, we won’t rest until it’s working as it should be. For the first 2 years it was great. Since then it has got progressively worse. I have rang their customer service and emailed on numerous occasions and still the internet continues to get progressively worse with little or no action taken by the company. On one occasion I spoke to a guy who was extremely rude to me and suggested it was the fault of our equipment (which we lease from Pace) and would therefore, cost us a minimum of £100. We have asked to be put in touch with someone in senior management but are told every time that they are on other calls, in meetings or out of the office...how convenient! Michelle, our so called account manager contacted us to introduce herself a couple of months ago just as we had arranged for other companies to potentially buy us out of our contract. She asked us to give her a chance to sort the slow/non-existent broadband which I agreed to. Weeks past with no contact so when we began receiving bad reviews for the poor WiFi in guest rooms I sent another email of complaint. The response we received was that she’d been off unexpectedly. I could write a saga of the catalogue of issues we have experienced with Pace but I have wasted enough of my time with them. In short, they promise the earth but once they have your money you’re on your own. Their customer service is amongst the worst I’ve experienced and I am flabbergasted that they’re still trading. My advice is that if you want WiFi you can rely on to run your business smoothly stay well clear of Pace Telecom. They are rude, clueless, cowboys. A guest we had who works for Curry’s was more knowledgable than anyone I’ve spoken to at Pace Telecom.

    I’m an ex-customer terrible company don’t sign up with them, you can’t get away without a massive penalty T&C’s are hidden in the website avoid unless you like poor service and wasting your money.
