Such a lovely experience. The male on reception was so very welcoming to all customers as far as I could see. There was a lovely lady ‘Liv’ I think who showed us around. And the 2 ladies who did the massages were so professional, soothing and friendly! Will be returning! So much more to say about this place :)

Firstly, today was my birthday - and my mum flew all the way from South America to spend my day with me. She booked this spa in hopes that we’d be able to spend a relaxing mother-daughter afternoon together. When we arrived, the receptionist totally ignored us and was speaking with another member of staff (they were complaining about their shift patterns). They made us feel so unwelcome and unseen, as if we a burden to them. This was upsetting, although we brushed it off and still had high hopes. We went to the changing rooms (or the lack there of), and we’re shocked to see the state of the place. Higiene is obviously not a priority. The massage itself wasn’t awful, I’d say it was average. The masseuses weren’t nasty, but neither were they friendly (even though they knew it was my birthday). A test fire alarm went off during our massage, all the music stopped… shouldn’t our massages have been scheduled around this? It’s worth mentioned, as part of the package we were promised 2 glasses of Prosecco. These were never given to us, even though we asked multiple times over the span of an hour and then had to wait over half an hour to actually get them (I had to actually go to reception to collect them, again as if were a burden). For the pool area, where do I begin… it was absolutely packed (it didn’t give an aura of relaxation at all, more like a public pool party). The pool was freezing, it was so crammed and people were even vaping… I was very shocked that this was being permitted. On-top of this sauna wasn’t even working/turned on. We decided to leave way early, as we were already way more dressed than we had actually arrived. I can’t help but feel so disappointed and upset that my special day, all planned out by my mum was totally ruined by this spa. Unless there are some radical changes, please please go elsewhere, I would strongly recommend to stay away.

I have been to this spa 4 times now and I would always give 5* to the staff and atmosphere but my last visit I was asked to remove my necklace for my massage I put it in the gown pocket and completely forgot about it. I handed the gown in and left when I realised what I did the spa was closed my husband went this morning at opening time and the lady on this morning couldn't of helped enough she was literally checking all the gown pockets. I'd actually already thought it had gone as it was a gold cross and chain. But she found it I can't thank this girl enough this chain has massive sentimental value to me and she went completely out of her way to help. Wonderful honest staff who definitely need to be praised. Thankyou

Never actually got to experience the spa, The booking process had no option to check what dates were available so after paying £200 for a surprise for my partner's birthday, they emailed to then find out when I'd like to book in only to be told my date was fully booked and the earliest available slot would be late April. I would really recommend updating the booking process to enable people to see what is/isn't available or at least not ask for full payment untill the date is confirmed as I now have to find an alternative whilst being £200 lighter till the refund comes through, which I've also had no confirmation of happening despite an emaill conversation happening 6hours ago

The facilities in the spa, such as sauna and steam room were good. The overall experience was very average. The changing/locker room did not have keys for the lockers, nowhere to sit or properly get changed. We had to put our secure belongings in a storage room. The toilets did not have toilet roll, overloaded sanitary bin, despite there being enough staff around. General mood of staff wasn't very friendly or welcoming. We had the spa and hot drink and cake experience but there was no coffee, poor options of cake items too. Overall we were quite disappointed with the experience.
