Unfortunately very disappointing, have heard a lot of good things about this place however the burgers are standard fare. Chicken strips were soggy, the coating not crispy at all and very greasy. At least the chips aren't frozen like most seem to do, but these too were greasy and not cooked through. Will give this another go but initial impressions are not good.

Very disappointed in the service provided today. Made an order at 7:30pm And eta was @8:15 pm Didn’t arrive so called the restaurant and was told will be with me latest at 9:15 which is already an hour delay. However it didn’t arrive until 9:43pm

Placed an order at 9pm. Food still hadn't arrived and almost 2 hours. After calling numerous times 1.5 hours later been told its coming in 10 minutes and still hadn't come. It came another 20 minutes later. Secondly, the delivery driver was extremely aggressive and threatening that he'll come back after his shift is over when he was asked nicely why the delivery has come extremely late. Had to call up and ask to speak to the manager whilst he was outside having a rant. Manager was trying to make it out as if we'd been rude towards him that's why he spoke and acted aggressive because apparently he's not usually like that. Very very disappointed in the service and very bad delivery timing! Unreliable and this was the first time ordering from here after hearing good things about the place. First and last time ordering food from this place!
