Do NOT use this company. Useless middlemen, I would recommend going direct. They take your money and do nothing but screw up the process. I paid for next day delivery, 1 week later the item still hadn’t been picked up, let alone delivered. They lazily blamed it on Pall-ex saying they had attempted and failed pick up each day but having spoken to Pall-ex, P4D had given them half the address, half a phone number and the wrong name! I lost thousands of pounds due to contractors twiddling their thumbs while they waited. Do yourself a favour and go direct

Absolutely terrible company, I will never use them again. had numerous pallets booked in for collection over the last 2 weeks and i believe once they have actually turned up to collect them. With waiting around until 5pm or 6pm every time for no one to turn up is a joke. Contacting support and given an account manager but can never get hold of them and all they say is there was an issue but they cannot collect today so pushes collections even more days behind and twice now items have been delivered and been damaged. Stay away and avoid at all costs. As a business user i would never recommend these to any business or personal use.
