    2 days of being told my delivery was coming for it not to show up. Meaning 2 days of labour paid for with no work been done. Constantly had different excuses given as to why then order cancelled. Heard the phone call from one of the workers enquiring and the people on the phone were really rude before cancelling the order. Awful customer service

    Absolutely shocking customer services spoke to Ben who was very rude and cancelled my delivery because I wasn’t happy about it been delayed. Had one person tell me the driver ran out of hours whilst Ben then told me this was not the case. don’t know how he’s still got a job here. You guys really need to sort your customer service out. If you need your parcel delivered asap avoid these and use Reid fright for pallet deliveries. Much better customer service and they help you unload the delivery.
