the products more often than not match or are a little lower than the online prices. korean / japanese skincare in general is expensive, especially since it’s imported. for a small shop they have a large stock of many different brands (hello bubble hair dye, banilaco, innisfree etc). everytime i have been there the staff have been helpful in suggesting products or telling me if an out of stock one was going to be delivered soon, so i don’t know what the reviews saying that the staff are ‘rude’ are talking about
