Took my De Walt table saw in for repair as it wouldn't start and ON/OFF and RESET buttons weren't working. Got a call within 24 hours to say it was working and to collect it when I was ready. They said they had just 'sorted' out the re-set button and it worked - no charge as they had repaired it in a few minutes. Very friendly and great service - unusual these days. Highly recommend.

Hi recently bought some reconditioned Hilti equipment granted we haven't been using it long, but if the friendly service and rapid delivery of equipment is any thing to go by I cant recommend them highly enough.
