Made my second visit to PTS yesterday for MOT and service, having been very impressed last year. Once again, the service from Lynn and Marc was exceptional; very friendly and accommodating, especially when I had to move my appointment at short notice. Work completed with no fuss and a fair price with well presented paperwork - much better than nearly all main dealer experiences I've had. I also liked the way Marc explained what had been done and gave advice on potential issues with my car as it gets older. Really good. See you next year!

Quite possibly the best garage I've been to and I've been to many!! I had problems with the fuel pump in my car and had been passed around many garages already and had spent in excess of £350 in people checking or misdiagnosing and making unnecessary repairs. Marc was willing to listen to what had been happening to the car, he took a look at it and sought further advice from a colleague because of the complexity of the problem. He was open and honest and even saved me money on further works that needed to be done on the car. He managed to diagnose and solve the problem that 4 other garages just hadn't managed. I'd go to him time and time again!! Such excellent help, advice and a genuine interest in Peugeot cars. He even followed up to message a week later to see if everything was ok with the car. That's something only a genuine and honest mechanic would do! Lynne was also very friendly and helpful with booking over the phone. Both Marc & Lynne run a fabulous honest and skilled garage.
