I found Phil to be a professional builder that has great attention to detail. He and his team totally renovated my 3 bedroom house into a contemporary 4 bedroom. Being an older property in need of modernisation, it could have spiralled out of control, but Phil was mindful of the costs and kept me informed at every stage offering options if possible. He was sympathetic to the age of the house and managed to restore and retain original features like the 1960’s floating staircase , mantelpiece and fire surround. He even managed to adapt an ex display kitchen that I had bought. This was the icing on the cake for me.
