Very professional and pleasant service with quick responses! To be completely transparent, I did have to return my car, but, there was no quibbles in replacing the tint and it was a challenge with frameless doors and the temperature. All seems OK second time round and I am keeping five stars because I was assured a refund in the event there was another issue.. Ultimately you can’t ask for more, quick, polite, empathetic and honest when there was a problem and happy to refund and remove if it happens again. I have an extension with a roof light and large patio doors which face east so it’s very hot. Right from my first contact with Bella and the team I was impressed all my questions where answered in email correspondence. On the day of fitting a team of three fitters turned up led by Bella, they were polite respectful of property and professional. They got set up and got on with the fitting of the film. Once fitted all I could say was wow because the reduction in solar heat and glare was extremely noticeable. It’s an amazing product which I can highly recommend.
